Branding and Representation: When promoting our services, you must accurately represent Cog Design and our offerings. You may not make false or misleading statements about our services, capabilities or reputation.
2.5. Pricing and Profitability: Resellers have the flexibility to set their own prices for our services. However, you must ensure that your pricing is competitive and aligned with industry standards. We will provide you with the necessary information and pricing guidelines.
Service Delivery:
3.1. Quality of Service: As a reseller, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality when delivering our services to your customers. You should strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and promptly address any problems that may arise.
3.2.Service Limitations: Resellers are not authorized to modify, alter or rebrand our services without our express written consent. You must deliver the services as set forth in our service agreements and comply with any specific requirements or limitations.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
4.1.Confidential Information: As a reseller, you may have access to confidential information relating to Cog Design's operations, pricing, technology or customers. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
4.2. Data Protection: Resellers must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents, protecting customer data, and implementing appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Termination:
5.1.Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Reseller Program at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Similarly, you may terminate your participation by providing written notice to us.
5.2.Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must stop promoting and reselling our services. Any continued relationship with customers must be handled in accordance with our instructions, and you must return or destroy any confidential information provided by us.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify this Reseller Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you through the contact information you have provided or posted on our website.
