Our Affiliate Program is designed to provide opportunities for companies to resell our high quality services and earn commissions. This document describes our Affiliate Program in detail, including the commission structure and payment process.

Eligibility:

To qualify as an affiliate, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a valid business license and operate a legitimate business related to digital marketing, web design or a related field.
Possess the resources, skills and experience necessary to effectively promote and sell our services.

Applications to become an affiliate can be submitted through our designated channel. We will review your application and notify you of acceptance or rejection.

Commission structure:

As an affiliate, you will earn a commission based on the sales you generate for Cog Design.

The commission structure is as follows:

Web Design Services: 15% commission on the total value of the project.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: 10% commission on the total cost of the campaign.
Consulting Services: 12% commission on the total fee for the service.

Sales and marketing support:

We will provide you with the necessary marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations and product literature, to help you promote our services effectively.
You will have access to our dedicated support team to answer any pre-sales questions or technical queries you may have.
We can conduct periodic training sessions to keep you up to date on our latest offerings and industry trends.

Sales process:

When you promote our services, you will be responsible for:

Identify and actively approach potential customers who can benefit from our services.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to show the value and benefits of our services.
Provide accurate information and address any customer questions or concerns.

Once a sale is made, you will collect all the necessary information from the customer, including your contact details, project requirements and preferences.

You will then send the client's information and project details to our sales team for processing and project initiation.

Payment process:

Commissions will be paid monthly.
Payment will be processed within 15 business days after the end of each month.
We offer the following payment methods for commission distribution: bank transfer or PayPal.
You will receive a detailed commission breakdown with your payment, indicating the sales generated and the corresponding commissions earned.

As an affiliate, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with your customers, including providing ongoing support, handling inquiries and addressing any customer concerns.
In case of problems or disputes with a customer, you will act as the first point of contact and work with our support team to find a solution.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared with you during the course of the Affiliate Program.
You are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information to any third party without our prior written consent.

Completion of the program:

Either party may terminate the Affiliate Program at any time upon written notice.
In the event of termination, you will be entitled to receive commissions on sales made prior to the termination date, subject to the applicable payment terms.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to change the Affiliate Program terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be communicated to you via the contact information you have provided or posted on our website.
